119 residential properties sold for $1 million or more with the highest priced sale at $5,250,000.

2008

57 homes were sold for $1M dollars or more. The most expensive sold at $3,150,000.

2009

In 2009, 43 residential properties sold for $1,000,000. or more. This years high point was at $4,987,500.

2010

2010 brought 29 sales in the $1M dollar or more price range with the $6,150,000.

Make one think that some opportunities exist to buy a over $1M since the amount of competition is getting small.
